Recipe(tried): Linguine with Crab Sauce

Main Dishes - Pasta, Sauces
I had about 15 minutes to prepare a dinner we'd enjoy that would also let us go to a meeting 15 minutes after that!!!

Linguine with Crab Sauce

1 jar Ragu garlic and parmesan sauce
1/2 lb. package linguini
1 red pepper
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups frozen peas
1 lb. pkg. frozen crab

While the linguine cooked, I sliced and sauteed the sweet red pepper and the mushrooms.

I defrosted the crab under warm running water and added the peas to the pasta for the last 5 minutes of cooking time. I tossed in the crab with the pasta for the last 2 minutes or so (because it didn't completely thaw as it usually does).

Drain pasta, peas and crab and toss with the remaining ingredients.

I served it with leftover jello and garlic bread.
