Recipe(tried): Louisiana Spiced Pecans

Captain, Perhaps these pecans are what you are looking for. Enjoy!

1lb. Pecan Halves
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 T garlic salt
1T cinnamon
1 tsp cayenne (red) pepper
Couple dashes of Tabasco


Oven: 350 degrees. Melt butter with the Tabasco and toss in pecans. Mix spices with sugar. Add spice mixture with the nuts. Spread in single layer on cook sheet. Bake, stirring often, until nuts are crisp and golden brown.
