Recipe(tried): low everything food tips

Tips and Tricks - Cooking
Any recipe can be made more or less healthy.

For fat sub. (1/2 cup oil = 1/3 cup other) applesauce (snack cups), sweet potato, flax and/or sour cream (for moisture)

For sugar sub. dried fruit (2 different kinds?) and/or splenda.

For white flour use a little white flour (1/2 cup) then the rest whole wheat flour, bran, flax, oatmeal

For eggs use egg whites

And don't forget the, raw then you toast yourself, chopped walnuts or almonds

What did I leave out. Don't be afraid. If it's not what you like , tweak it.
