Recipe(tried): Low-Fat Shrimp Scampi
MenusTonight we had: Low-fat Shrimp Scampi, roasted red pepper and garlic angel hair pasta, zipper cream peas, baked potatoes, sweet tea with lemon, and grapes and cantaloupe for dessert. Low fat and luscious!
Debbie's Low-Fat Shrimp Scampi
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup FAT-FREE Italian Dressing
3 T. minced garlic
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
Mix the wine, Italian dressing, and minced garlic in a bowl. Put the shrimp into a baking dish that has been sprayed with PAM--I used the butter flavor. Pour the wine mixture over the shrimp. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-7 minutes or until the shrimp have turned pink. Delicious!
We had zipper cream peas tonight because it was my last day at school. We are out for the summer! HURRAH!
