Recipe: Lower-Calorie Strawberry Limeade (blender or food processor)

LOWER-CALORIE STRAWBERRY LIMEADE

1 1/2 cups quartered fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh lime juice
4 cups water
1 tablespoon lime zest
1 1/2 cups spoonable sugar substitute
FOR SERVING:
Ice cubes
Lime wedges and small strawberries for garnish

Process strawberries and lime juice in blender or food processor until smooth.

Combine mixture with water, sugar substitute and lime zest in a pitcher.

When ready to serve, pour mixture over ice in tall glasses and garnish each with lime wedge and strawberry.

Makes 6 servings
