Toppings - Sauces and Gravies
HONEY BUTTER DRIZZLE SAUCE

"This recipe is straight from Lowe's Motor Speedway. Thanks to Eric for showing me how to make it while frying chicken and listening to practice times on his scanner."

1/2 cup minced onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons butter
2 lemon slices
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup honey
Dash of salt and pepper
Hot sauce (optional)

Brown onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet.

Reduce heat and squeeze lemon juice into mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Let cool for a few minutes to thicken some.

Drizzle over fried chicken wings, etc.
