Makes enough for 2

20 Won Ton Wrappers
Greek Olives - Sliced
Pepperoncini Peppers - Sliced
Plum Tomatoes - Diced
lb Bulk Italian Sausage
Asiago Cream Sauce (Recipe Follows)
Parmesan Cheese - Grated

Asiago Cream Sauce
1 Cup heavy whipping cream
1/8 tsp paste or dried chicken base
3/8 cup of Asiago Cheese (grated)
TB cornstarch
1 oz water

Prepare sauce as follows: Heat cream to very hot and just bubbly (but not a boil). Add chicken base and cheese. Stir constantly with a wire wisk and bring temperature back to just bubbly. Dissolve cornstarch in the cold water and add to sauce. Bring to a slow simmer to cook out starch. Set sauce aside and keep warm. Makes aprox. 1 1/2cup.Bella Napoli
Fry bulk Italian sausage and drain - set aside.

Slice Greek Olives and pepperoncini peppers - set aside. Dice plum tomatoes - set aside (Use as much, or little of each as you like)

Cut Won Ton wrappers diagonally to form triangles. Heat oil in deep fryer. Fry cut Won Ton wrappers in hot oil until light golden brown. This will take less than one minute. Be careful not to overcook, as they will quickly burn, depending on oil temp.

Combine sausage, olives, peppers, and tomatoes with fried Won Ton's. Drizzle throughout with Asiago Cream Sauce. Place in 300 degree oven for 5 minutes. Watch closely as Won Ton's will easily burn. Remove from oven sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
