Recipe(tried): Macaroni Grill Bellinis

This is the actual original recipe I copied out of the bartenders book. (The current recipe used by the restaurant in different, the original is better by far!)

MACARONI GRILL BELLINI'S

Recipe can be reduced to make a smaller batch

1/2 lb powdered sugar
3 Quarts water
6 cans (64 oz each) peach nectar
3 bottles champagne
1 1/2 Liters white rum
1 1/2 Liters peach schnapps
3 Quarts Almadden white wine

Dissolve powdered sugar in 3 quarts water. Combine all ingredients, freeze in frozen drink machine.*

TO SERVE:
Dipense frozen bellini into glass, swirl with a a shot of Chambord if desired.

*To make without a drink machine: Freeze in pail, stir occasionally to keep ingredients combined. When ready, for best results scoop frozen mixture into blender, blend until smooth and serve as directed.
