Macaroni with Corn Relish and Smoked Turkey

1 pound Rotini, Twists or Spirals, uncooked
1 (10-oz.) package frozen corn, thawed
2 stalks celery, diced
1 medium red onion, diced
12 oz. smoked turkey, diced
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup low-sodium, defatted chicken broth
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
12 green olives, sliced

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse pasta with cool water.

In a large bowl, stir together the corn, celery, red onion and turkey.

In a medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Stir into corn mixture. Add pasta and toss well. Spoon into a serving bowl and sprinkle with olives.
