Recipe(tried): making jerky fast

to make a quick jerky. slice meat (I Prefer venison) alittle cold will make it easier to slice. then sprinkle lemon pepper on it also soy sauce or worchester sauce. set oven for 225 degress. it should take about 2 hrs or until meat is done. ive done it both ways and they are both excellent.
