Recipe(tried): Mango Jam - Note to Linda Lou

I made the Mango Jam that you posted 7-10-2002 to "sueko in Florida" this past weekend. Wow, its super easy and tastes even better. You said in the post you would like to taste this..... Well, do you have a Costco in your area? My hubby was there this weekend and saw the mangoes. Called, then bought me a box. They are really big, and perfectly ripe, 8 to the box for less than $6.. I got 14 1/2pint jars (2 batches) from them. I don't normally use store-bought friuts because of the cost, but this was too good to pass up. I am fortunate to have several friut trees on my property but no mangoes. Anyway, just wanted to pass this along. Lee
