MAZOLA CREAMY DIJON DRESSING OR MARINADE
"A versatile dressing that's also a zesty marinade for lean cuts of meat and poultry."
1/3 cup Mazola Corn Oil
1/3 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon pepper
In small jar with tight-fitting lid, combine corn oil, broth, mustard, lemon juice, green onions, garlic and pepper. Cover; shake well. Refrigerate.
Shake thoroughly and serve on mixed green or vegetable salads.
Each (1-tablespoon) serving provides: 45 Calories, 0 g protein, 0 g carbohydrate, 5 g total fat, 3 g polyunsaturated fat, I g saturated fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 55 mg sodium.
