Recipe: Creamy Chive Salad Dressing

CREAMY CHIVE SALAD DRESSING

"Chives shine in this tasty salad dressing."

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Durkee Chopped Chives
1/2 teaspoon Durkee Tarragon Leaf
1 teaspoon capers

Combine all ingredients until well blended. Chill a minimum of 30 minutes to blend flavors.

Makes about 1 cup dressing
