Blueberry Salad Dressing
1/4 cup fresh organic blueberries
1 tbsp. liquid honey
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of fresh cracked black pepper
Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
2 tbsp. fresh organic orange juice
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Puree or chop blueberries. Add all of the ingredients except the olive oil.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil to emulsify the dressing. The dressing will become thicker with the more olive oil added -- adjust to your preference.
