Recipe: McCall's Blue Cheese Burgers

2 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
2 oz. natural blue cheese*, cut into 8 cubes (about 1-inch)
Adjust grill so it is 4 inches from hot coals.
Lightly shape beef into 8 patties. Embed a cheese cube in center of each patty; be sure cheese is completely covered by meat.
Grill patties 8 to 10 minutes on each side, for medium rare. Don't turn burgers over too often, otherwise they will break apart.
*Any other hard cheese can be substituted, like sharp cheddar, etc.
