About meat loaf. I have made my own for years. It is somewhat italian
First I add an egg to the hamburger then I put in maybe 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs. Then I go to the spice cabinet. I get out Margarum, oregano, season salt
(savory just a little bit)garlic powder, thyme, I add some of each. Chop some onion
very fine add that. About tsp of Worchester sauce,a tsp of tamari soy sauce,
a tablespoon of tomato paste. Then I mix it up and you know how I know it is right? I smell it. If it smells like it tastes good it is enough.
