Recipe(tried): Meat Loaf - using Vegetable Soup mix

I have always had problems fixing a good meatloaf until I used the recipe on the box of Knorr Vegetable Soup mix. It has the recipe on the box but if you can't find it I will type out the recipe for you. Their are two soup mixes that are close one is Vegetable Soup Mix which is the one that has the recipe on and their is Spring Vegetable Soup Mix which doesn't have the recipe on it. I just thought I would let you know that if you are not familiar with Knorr Soup mixes.....hope this helps.....Elizabeth
