Recipe(tried): Meximelts (like Taco Bell)

I used to work at Taco Bell & I remember that they only put

big pinch of shredded three cheese blend
ground beef to cover the middle
pinch of pico de gallo
on a flour tortilla

At Taco Bell we had a machine that steamed it so that it would melt the cheese I would probably use the microwave instead. Sorry, I don't know measurements but this is what I remember putting on the meximelts.
