Recipe: Microwave Mexican Chili

MICROWAVE MEXICAN CHILI

1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp margarine
1 lb beef, ground
1 (16 oz.) can beans, kidney
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp chili powder

In a large microwave safe bowl, place onion and margarine.

Microwave on high 4 minutes. Stir after 2 minutes.

Add ground beef. Microwave on high 8 minutes or until down. Stir every 2 minutes.

Add beans, chili powder, and tomato sauce. Mix well.

Microwave on high 4 minutes or until heated. Stir every 2 minutes.

Servings: 6
