Microwaved Sweet Corn in the Husks

In the summer I pick my corn just before I cook it and what flavor. No pots of boiling water needed here!

6 medium-size ears of corn, IN THEIR HUSKS

Soak the corn for 15 minutes in a sinkful of cold water. Shake to remove excess moisture.

Stack the corn in 2 rows of 3 and microwave on HIGH 13-16 minutes or until tender.

Let stand 4-5 minutes. Peel off the outer husk and enjoy.
