Recipe(tried): Mini Cocktail Meatballs (using onion soup mix)
Appetizers and SnacksMINI COCKTAIL MEATBALLS
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup dry red wine (or water)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 envelope Lipton's onion mushroom or beefy onion mushroom soup mix (dry)
Assorted mustards or tomato sauce (for serving)
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients for the meatballs, shape into 1-inch meatballs. Arrange the meatballs in a shallow baking pan.
Bake for 18-minutes or until done.
Serve if desired, with assorted mustards or tomato sauce.
Makes about 48 pieces
