Recipe(tried): Moist, Sugar-Free Oatmeal Cookies - Variation

Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, Bars
I'm a senior male diabetic always in search of sugar free goodies that TASTE good, and I just want to mention how much I enjoyed these cookies, they were way beyond my expectations....beautifully browned on the outside and moist and teder and tasty on the inside....the only ingredient swap was chopped up dates instead of the raisins. The carbo's were exactly the same, and the dates gave an excellent sweet kick to the whole eating experience. A definite keeper, thank you whoever authored this great cookie recipe. Al
