Recipe(tried): Monte Cristo Sandwich

Sandwiches
I like to use both shaved ham and turkey, then a slice of what ever kind of cheese you prefer, dip in an egg wash like you would use for French Toast (milk and egg) then deep fry for the "classic" version or dip in the egg wash and crushed cornflakes and grill (like grilled cheese) with a little margarine for a bit lighter version. Bon appetit!
