Recipe(tried): Monte Cristo Sandwich

Sandwiches
The original Monte Christo is ham and fontina, dipped in egg/milk mixture, grilled, the dusted with powdered sugar.

Get some good quality smoked ham, fontina or swiss (I personally like swiss), layer on some firm white bread, dip, grill. Don't forget to cut it into 4 triangles!
