Monte Cristo Sandwiches - really good

Use lean ham, turkey and swiss cheese on white bread - sliced Italian works well. Combine 1/4 cup mayo, 1 t. dijon mustard, 1-2 t. of thousand island dressing. Spread on bread before assembling sandwiches. Dip sandwiches in mixture of 2 eggs, 1 cup milk and dash of dry mustard. Grill. Top with a dab of strawberry preserves.
