ISO: Moxie's Med Bread and Dips

If anyone knows, I would like the recipe for Moxie's Med Bread and all dips that go with it. I see that one of the servers of Moxies gave a short version of the med bread, but I believe there is more to it. So if anyone knows, I'd appreciate it.
