Recipe: Mueller's Linguine with Clam Sauce (2001)

MUELLER'S LINGUINE WITH CLAM SAUCE (2001)

2 tablespoons Mazola Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans (6 1/2 oz each) chopped clams, undrained
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon dried parsley (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper, (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces Mueller's Linguine, cooked and drained

1. In large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic; stirring frequently, cook 30 seconds.

2. Add undrained clams, parsley, lemon juice, oregano, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.

3. Toss with or serve over linguine.

Makes 4 servings
