Recipe: Nancy Cake (using cake mix, sweetened condensed milk, pineapple and Cool Whip)

NANCY CAKE

1 (2-layer size) yellow cake mix (plus ingredients to prepare)
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Prepare cake according to package directions for a (13x9-inch) cake. Place cake, in pan, on a rack and let thoroughly cool.

Use a wooden spoon to poke 15 to 20 holes throughout cake. Pour entire can of condensed milk over top of cake.

Mix Cool Whip and pineapple and spread over top of cake.

Let sit in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours before serving. This allows the condensed milk to soak into cake.
