NEW YORK STYLE PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE
graham cracker crust
3 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can solid pack pumpkin or 2 cups fresh pureed pumpkin
1 can sweetened condensed milk
pumpkin pie spice to taste
Preheat oven to 375F.
Prepare a graham cracker crust and place in a springform pan or in a deep dish pie pan.
Beat cheese till fluffy and smooth. Beat in sugar, Beat in eggs one at a time.
Fold in sour cream and vanilla.
In separate bowl, blend pumpkin, milk, and pumpkin pie spice with a wire whip.
Add cheese mixture to pumpkin, blend together till creamy.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Bake for 50 minutes in a spingform pan or 60 minutes in a deep dish pie pan.
