Recipe: Nacho Dip with Shrimp

NACHO DIP WITH SHRIMP

1 (4 oz.) can tiny shrimp, drained
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise or miracle whip
1 to 2 tbsp. green chili peppers, chopped
30 to 40 round nacho chips
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Combine shrimp, green onions, mayonnaise and green chilies in a medium-size bowl; mix well. Spread over chips.

Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange in circle on microwave-safe plate.

Microwave on medium-high for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melts.
