Recipe: Rootin' Tootin' Ramen Chili

ROOTIN' TOOTIN' RAMEN CHILI

3 packages ramen noodles, seasoning packets removed
3 jalapeno peppers, diced
1 can chili
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (Monterey Jack works best)
3 tablespoons hot sauce

Cook the noodles and jalapeno together according to package directions.

Pour it into a bowl. Add the chili and cheese.

Microwave on high until the cheese is melted. Stir.

Add the hot sauce to taste and serve.
