Recipe: Pineapple Cheese Spread

PINEAPPLE CHEESE SPREAD

2 packages (8-ounces each) cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
crackers (for serving)

Soften cream cheese. Mix well with mayonnaise. Add other ingredients and mix until combined.

Serve with crackers.

Makes about 30 servings
