Recipe: Oatmeal pie

I have an amish cook book it gives 4 recipes for oatmeal pie and none of them have chocolate but one does have coconut. Here it is.

Oatmeal Pie

3 eggs beaten
2/3 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. oleo softened (this a brand of Margarine)
2/3 cup oatmeal
2/3 cup coconut
2/3 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Blend all together and pour into unbaked pie shell. and bake for 30-35 minutes.

another recipe calls for light corn syrup and another calls for dark corn syrup. If you would like these let me know and I will post them.
