Recipe: oatmeal pie recipes

Hi Scott, Here are the other 3 oatmeal pie recipes,

Oatmeal Pie
1 cup sugar
1 cup clear syrup (lt. corn syrup,I am assuming)
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup quick oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs first. Then add sugar, syrup, and oatmeal. Bake in an unbaked crust. Makes 1 pie.
There is no baking temp. or time given for this one.

Oatmeal Pie
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sugar
1 cup white karo
1 cup oatmeal
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. melted butter

Mix all together and add 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 cup oatmeal last. Put in unbaked pie crust. Bake about 45 minuets.
Here again there is no oven temp given.

Oatmeal Pie

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp.salt
1 cup dark corn syrup
3 eggs
1 cup quick cooking rolled oatscream together butter and sugar.Add cinnamon, cloves and salt Stir in syrup. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring after each addition untill blended. Stir in rolled oats. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees, about 1 hour or untill knife inserted comes out clean. During baking the oatmeal forms a chewey nutty crust on top.
