CORN CASSEROLE
2 cans (11 oz. each) shoe peg corn, drained
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. melted margarine
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
Stir all ingredients together and cook in uncovered casserole
Bake in a 350 degree F oven for about 30 minutes or until it bubbles.
Recipe may be doubled.
