Recipe(tried): Old Fashioned Bread Pudding (using fruit cocktail)

Desserts - Puddings, Gelatin
I have been making this bread pudding for the last 27 years and my Dad made it before me. It's easy and good. Enjoy!!!

BREAD PUDDING

10 slices of bread, diced
1 medium jar fruit cocktail, drained
4 eggs
1 quart of milk, lowfat is okay, but I prefer whole milk
2/3 cup of sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
ground cinnamon

Place diced bread cubes in a 13 by 9 inch pan. Place drained fruit cocktail
on top of bread and stir in pan to combine well.

Beat eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla together. Pour over bread and fruit and stir to combine. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.

Bake at 325 degrees F for about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center tests done.
