Recipe: Orange Mousse

ORANGE MOUSSE

2 packs sugar-free orange
Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 tall can pineapple tidbits
1 tall can sliced peaches
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 pt. frozen nondairy whipped
topping, thawed

Drain the fruit and save the juice. Dissolve Jell-O in
boiling water and add the fruit juice (about 2 cups). Chill
until slightly thickened. Add thawed whipped topping to the
Jell-O a little at a time and beat with a whisk until smooth.
Add fruit and chill until firm. May be used as a salad or
dessert.
