Recipe: Orange Toast from The Nut Tree
Breakfast and BrunchORANGE TOAST FROM THE NUT TREE
from the Nut Tree Restaurant, Vacaville, CA
2 tablespoons orange juice
rind (zest) of 1 orange - grated
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 slices of buttered toast
Spread this mixture on buttered toast and put in oven or under broiler for 2 or 3 minutes.
