I have been reading this site for over a year and i love it. I've tried a lot of recipes and they were all wonderful, thank you. I live in Turkey so if anybody has a question about mediteranian cooking i can probably answer.
I would like to know what kind of onion i need to use to make blooming onion like outback steakhouse, thanks in advance.
