Recipe: Oven Fried Chicken (using buttermilk and bread crumbs)

Oven Fried Chicken (using buttermilk and bread crumbs)
Servings: 4

4 chicken breast halves, skinned -- boned and patted dry
3/4 cup buttermilk
3 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper

Cover a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray. In a shallow dish combine all ingredients except chicken and buttermilk. In a separate dish, dip chicken in buttermilk then roll in dry mixture and place on baking sheet. Bake at 400F for 35 to 40 minutes until golden. - Source unknown
