Recipe(tried): Pancit (Philippine Shrimp and Pork Chops)

Main Dishes - Assorted
PANCIT (PHILIPPINE SHRIMP AND PORK CHOPS)

4 pork steaks
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 ribs of celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 can sliced mushrooms (or black mushrooms)
butter
1 clove garlic, chopped
4 tbsp soy sauce
salt and pepper
1/4 cup water
1/2 lb cooked shrimp
cooked noodles or rice

Cut pork steaks into bite size pieces and brown.

Saute celery, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms in butter.

Add chopped garlic and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add water and shrimp and simmer for 45 minutes.

Serve over the cooked noodles or rice.
