Parmesan Chicken Cutlets
3 WW points for a 4-ounce breast (161 calories, 3 grams fat, trace fiber)
1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. Italian-style dried bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. paprika
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. In a resealable plastic bag, combine cheese, bread crumbs and paprika: shake well. Transfer mixture to place; dip each breast in cheese mixture, turning to coat all sides. Arrange on non-stick baking sheet; bake until chicken is cooked throught 20 to 25 minutes or until juices run clear.
