Recipe: Chicken Curry (using cream of chicken soup and sherry) (crock pot)

Main Dishes - Chicken, Poultry
CHICKEN CURRY

2 whole chicken breasts, boned, cut in small pieces
1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup dry sherry
2 green onions with tops, finely chopped
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Hot cooked rice (to serve)

Place all ingredients in crock pot except rice.

Cover and cook on high setting 2 1/2 to 4 hours.

Serve over hot rice.
