I have a recipe for a vegetable and chip dips which is extremely easy

1 envelope of Knorr Leek Soup
2 cups of Sour cream

If you want it low fat use light and no fat sour cream.

I also have a very good recipe for chicken pate which is extremely easy to do. You just throw it in the blender and food processor. Everytime I make it people ask me for the recipes. Let me know if ever you want it.
