Recipe(tried): Chicken Pate

Misc.

2 cans of chicken or turkey flakes (or real chicken)
1 cream cheese light or regular (not the small)
1/4 cup of onions
a dash or two of worstchesire sauce (sorry about the spelling)

Mix together in a blender or food processor till all mix together. Then add about 1 tablespoon or more (depending on how you like the taste) of poultry seasoning. Then mix some more for about 2-3 minutes. Then put in bowl and refrigerate. Serve with baguette, melba toast or crackers.

Hope you enjoy

Sorry about the measurements, we have the metric conversions in Canada, so it wouldn't be any help for you. If you need better measurements for the cream cheese let me know and I'll try to measuring it with a cup at home. Sorry I use the Internet at work and not at home (we don't have it yet).
