Recipe: Party Rolls (using Spam and Velveeta cheese, freeze ahead)

PARTY ROLLS

1 regular size can Spam
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 tsp. dried chives
2 pkg. (12 rolls each) Pepperidge Farm party rolls, frozen

Grate Velveeta and Spam with cheese grater. Add chives and mix thoroughly.

Cut centers out of party rolls with melon baller. (Leave all rolls as is, don't break apart.) Fill centers of each roll with Spam mix. Put back in package, freeze.

WHEN READY TO SERVE:
Defrost 30 minutes before baking at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until mixture bubbles.
