PASSION FRUIT SALAD
2 to 3 passion fruit
1 Tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. honey
1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1 large banana, sliced
In a large bowl, slice passion fruit in half to catch the juice. Place seeds, pulp, and juice in a small strainer and press as much juice as possible into the bowl.
Stir in orange juice and honey to blend. Add strawberries, kiwi fruit and banana; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
Servings: 4
Each serving contains 87 calories and less than a gram of fat
