Recipe(tried): Passover Stuffing (using matzah farfel and cranberry sauce)

PASSOVER STUFFING
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup celery diced
3 cups matzah farfel
1 (1 lb) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Saute onions and celery in butter or other fat.
Add farfel, saute until slightly browned.
Meanwhile mix egg, cranberry, chicken broth and spices in large bowl.
When farfel is browned add to cranberry mixture. Stuffing will be very moist.
Cook inside turkey until reaches stuffing 160 degrees.
