Pasta Diable
From: Better Homes and Gardens Pasta book
Yield: 4 Servings
2 1/3 cups flour
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 egg, beaten
1/3 cup water
1 tsp olive oil
Stir together 2 cups of the flour, chili powder, and salt. Combine eggs, water, and oil; add to flour. Mix well. Sprinkle kneading surface with the remaining 1/3 cup flour. Turn dough out onto floured surface. Knead 10 minutes, cover and let rest 10 minutes, roll and cut into desired shapes.
