PEACH-BANANA ICEBOX PIE
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8-ounce) carton Cool Whip, thawed, divided use
6 medium bananas, peeled, sliced
2 prepared graham cracker piecrusts
2 cans peach pie filling
Mix cream cheese with half of the Cool Whip until creamy and smooth.
Line the pie shells with banana slices.
Cover the bananas with the cream cheese mixture.
Cover that mixture with the peach pie filling.
Top with the remaining Cool Whip.
Cover with wax paper and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
Yields 2 (9-inch pies) each serving 8
